Indian Bank is inviting applications for the position of Consultant (Learning and Development).
Age Limit:

Qualification:
Candidates must possess an MBA or an equivalent degree from a university accredited by government authorities in India (AICTE, etc.).
Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Banking as an Officer, with at least 5 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development/Training at a senior level.
Salary:
The monthly salary for selected candidates will be negotiable and structured as a CTC-based pay with a fixed pay and variable pay in an 80:20 ratio. Variable pay is linked to achieving specific targets and is payable on a quarterly basis.
Tenure:
The appointment is for 1 year, subject to half-yearly review.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will undergo a selection process involving written exams, group discussions, psychometric testing, presentations, and other relevant assessments. Further details will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
